Ningbo Kingli Fastener Co., Ltd. (KLF)

Our roots in the fastener industry date back to 2008. Ningbo Kingli Fastener Co., Ltd. (KLF) was formally established in 2013, marking the start of large-scale production and exports. Today, we manufacture and supply fasteners from our approximately 18,000 m² facility in Cixi, Ningbo, China.

We focus on the fasteners that industrial projects depend on: stud bolts, heavy hex bolts and nuts, engineering bolts and custom components. Our cold and hot forging capabilities cover bolts from 1/2″ to 3″ in diameter and nuts from 1/2″ to 4″. We work with alloy steels, stainless steels and nickel alloys, producing to the material grades, dimensions and finishes specified for each project.

KLF supports oil and natural gas projects, petrochemical facilities, pipe and flange connections, structural steel construction, shipbuilding, wind power and solar energy. Dimensional measurement, material analysis, tensile testing and hardness testing form part of our quality control process.

Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. KLF also holds API 20E licence No. 20E-0066 for BSL-1, BSL-2 and BSL-3, and API 20F licence No. 20F-0085 for BSL-2. Our qualifications further include PED 2014/68/EU, AD 2000 Merkblatt W 0 and CPR documentation, each within its stated certificate scope.
